PAYROLL REGISTER
Click 3.3 Payroll Check Register/Journal.
Select Detail or Summary Check Register.
Enter or select Period / State / Department / Employee to print Payroll Register.
Select Order By to print order by Date / Check No / Employee ID / First Name / Last Name.
Check mark the box to choose the type of report you want to view.
1 - Notice of Payroll Tax Due : show the notice of Net wages paid and tax due.
2 - Payroll Journal Entries & Cash Requirements: Journal entry for accounting and funds need to be deposited to bank to cover payroll and taxes.
3 - Payroll Detail Report: List all employees’ detail paycheck information by date, by check number, by employees’ first name or by employees’ last name.
4 - Employer’s Payroll Expenses: A summary report shows employer's contribution and employees' tax withheld and misc. deduction.
5 - Payroll Tax Payment Notification: Instruction to taxpayer for tax payment & deposits.
6 - Payroll Tax Liabilities & Balance Due:
7 - Payroll Summary & Tax Liabilities: A detail summary payroll report and YTD tax liabilies.
